In this special forum, co-sponsored by the Digital Content Delivery Platforms group (DCDP), we'll review a white paper prepared by a subset of the Integrated Framework and Digital Preservation teams to identify a consistent CUL strategy for global and persistent identifiers (PIDs). The proposal was prepared by Adam Chandler, John Fereira, Bill Kehoe (co-chair), George Kozak, Rick Silterra (co-chair), and Adam Smith. The goal of this session is to discuss the proposal and identify the next steps to move forward.
